Production of bottles

What are the parts of a polyethylene bottle production line?
Before we know about polyethylene bottles, it should be noted that today, the services and products of large plastics factories have become an inseparable part of our lives. This means most of the raw materials and everyday uses; They travel from the production line to the door using plastic bottles. This makes life without plastic and related products almost impossible or even difficult.

Therefore, it is not bad to get acquainted with the importance of plastics and high-consumption bottles such as polyethylene and know what goes behind each production line. In this section, join us to acquaint you with the process of making polyethylene bottles.
Plastic bottles are generally divided into two categories; PET bottles and polyethylene bottles. Production of PET bottles is generally done in two stages by plastic injection machines. These devices were usually blowers and blowers, and at first seemed to be an ideal option.

However, building, purchasing or maintaining these devices is extremely costly and difficult. Therefore, polyethylene bottle machines have long since replaced expensive and old technologies and shortened the manufacturing process in parallel. Also, these devices require less manpower.
Machine for making polyethylene bottles
Polyethylene bottle making machines are very similar to plastic injection machines in terms of construction. These similarities are sometimes so great that some of them are called pneumatic injectors. Of course, no matter how many similarities there are, they make a big difference, and that is nothing but clamps and injection nozzles. In the process of producing all kinds of bottles, storage containers, plastic containers, etc., these devices are commonly used.
Economically, pneumatic devices are much cheaper than PET injection or infusion devices. This difference is such that the daily cost of a PET production line is estimated to be approximately one and a half times that of polyethylene machines.

Common plastics used in this product line include detergent bottles, which are sometimes confused with PET bottles for their transparency. However, the transparency of these bottles is only related to the material of their raw materials and has nothing to do with how they are produced.
Of course, the devices used to make these containers and polyethylene bottles are still pneumatic, but the raw material for their production is propylene. These devices are also known as inflatable PP devices due to this use.
